MITTRIKA (Shomaj Unnyan Mulak Protistan) was founded on 4th January 2012 in Costal area Keragachi, Kalaroa, Satkhira by Md. Abdus Salam and a group of dedicated community activists. Officially registered in 2015 under the Department of Social welfare department peoples republic of Bangladesh. The organization is devoted to serving humanity for the ensuring food, health, and justice for poor marginalized & excluded communities of Bangladesh. Mrittika (Shomaj Unnayn Mulak Protistan) Bangladesh strives to uplift Poor marginalized, vulnerable, and disadvantaged communities across Bangladesh. The organization works to protect fundamental rights as a trust, promote social justice, and ensure access to essential services including food security, healthcare, and the freedom to practice faith.

Mrittika (Shomaj Unnayan Mulak Protistan) Bangladesh is not merely an NGO; it is a faith-inspired movement dedicated to establishing justice, upholding human dignity, and advancing food sovereignty in line with Humanity principles. It engages children, youth, women, men, local communities, community-based organizations (CBOs), civil society organizations (CSOs), local government institutions, and media—fostering unity, participation, and sustainable development. Driven by sincerity and a spirit of service, the organization envisions a society where compassion prevails, justice is upheld, and every individual can live with dignity under the guidance of faith— leaving no one behind.
